o make a reservation you have to fill out the registration form. In next three to five weeks we will develop ordered tour and send you a letter with basic tour details and trip cost. If you  want to confirm your reservation you have to pay deposit of 30% of tour cost. After receipt of your initial payment we will send you confirmation letter and additional trip details. We will also forward you all booking confirmation from hotels. Balance of trip cost, payable by check, is due to 60 days prior to the start of your trip. Book as early as possible. Full payment is due when booking within 90 days of trip start date. We can not accept reservations made less than 60 days prior departure.

Cancellation and refunds
If you have to cancel a trip for any reason, the following refund schedule applies:

Once you have received a confirmation letter for the tour, we make every effort for that trip to go forward. We do not cancel trip even if there is only one person interested in. However if ACE cancel a trip on which you have a confirmed reservation, we will not only refund all amount paid by you, but we will also give you a  150 Euro credit you can use to transfer to another tour.
