Cancellation
and refunds
If you have to cancel a trip for any
reason we do not refund deposit payment.
If you did full payment prior to departure, and we receive cancellation one day or more prior to departure, the cost of the tour, less deposit, is refunded.
If you did full payment prior to departure, and we receive cancellation on the day of departure or you do not come on the tour, no refund will be made.
Early departures, for any reasons during the tour, are considered non-refundable cancellations.
Once we have received a deposit payment for the tour, we make every effort for that trip to go forward. In most cases we do not cancel trip even if there is only one person interested in. However if ACE cancel a trip on which you have a confirmed reservation, we will give you a 10% of the trip cost credit which you can transfer to another tour.
Discounts:
For children up to 3 years: No Charge
For children from 4 to 13 years accompanied by adult: 50% discount
INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients whilst on a tour
organized by ACE. Clients together with their personal property including
baggage are at all times solely at their own risk. Clients are wholly
responsible for arranging their own insurance. Clients are responsible for
ensuring that they are in possession of private Travel Insurance with
protection for the full duration of the tour in respect of at least medical
expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, with
adequate cover. Clients making their own arrangements should ensure that there
are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities
included in their tour. Clients should satisfy themselves that any travel
insurance is what they require and should arrange supplementary insurance if
need be.
