o make a reservation you have to fill out the registration form. After receipt of your registration form we will send you confirmation letter. To confirm your reservation you have to pay deposit of 20% of total tour cost. Balance of trip cost, is due to 30 days prior to the start of your trip. Book as early as possible. Full payment is due when booking within 30 days of trip start date.

Discounts:

Children up to 2 years: No Charge
Children from 3 to 5 years accompanied by adults: 70% discount
Children from 6 to 13 years accompanied by adults: 50% discount

Cancellation and refunds
If you have to cancel a trip for any reason, the following refund schedule applies:

Early departures, for any reasons during the tour, are considered non-refundable cancellations.

Once you have received a confirmation letter for the tour, we make every effort for that trip to go forward. In most cases we do not cancel trip even if there is only one person interested in. However if ACE cancel a trip on which you have a confirmed reservation, we will not only refund all amount paid by you, but we will also give you a  90 EUR credit you can use to transfer to another tour.

One month before your tours starts we will send you a Pre-departure letter with all information you may need for your tour.

INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients whilst on a tour organized by ACE. Clients together with their personal property including baggage are at all times solely at their own risk. Clients are wholly responsible for arranging their own insurance. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of private Travel Insurance with protection for the full duration of the tour in respect of at least medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment, with adequate cover. Clients making their own arrangements should ensure that there are no exclusion clauses limiting protection for the type of activities included in their tour. Clients should satisfy themselves that any travel insurance is what they require and should arrange supplementary insurance if need be.
