and cycling tours in Serbia, which ACE very successfully applies for many

- Self guided walking and cycling tours. Team/ teams will be provided with maps, itinerary and compass. Our guides will be there to take car of safety. Possible program is “The quest of a hidden treasure” that requires coordination between small teams. Time spend together during outdoor activities is the best for group conversation. It is proven that the best atmosphere for communication between people is when the conversation is not a goal itself. More difficult sections (steeper hills) will make everyone to devote himself/ herself and his/ her strength to keep up with a group.

artificial/ natural rock. We provide all equipment and professional
supervision. Each team member will take both roles in this activity. Once
securing climbing of his/ her colleague and second one when he/ she will
climb the rock. It is activity that brings a lot of emotions and adrenalin
but also feeling that you have your colleague’s life in your hands securing
his/ her climb with rope.

- 
orking on common painting. After outdoor activities one of the program is to
work on collective painting. Guided by professional artist, every team member
will get one part of the canvas and have chance to transmit his/ her emotions on
it. During the outdoor tour every member will take a sketch. One will be chosen
as motive to collective painting. The author will start the painting. All others
must adapt their own stiles to the chosen author. The painting will stay in your
(company) ownership as souvenir from this tour.

We provide engaging from single day to one week team building sessions. Our
adaptable workshops are typically customized for specific outcomes defined by
client.
Experience shows us that contributions from participants, team dialogue, and
interaction between members are an integral part of the learning process, and we
work towards achieving group understanding and consensus.
A common quality of all our team building workshops is environment. They all
take place in nature and mountains and very important part of the program are
outdoor activities.

Team Building Program helps to build stronger team, improve team
working abilities, resolve team conflicts, and aid companies in
